Where to order A.O. Smith Water Heater Parts

Finding The Correct Water Heater Parts

To ensure you are ordering the correct water heater parts:

  1. Please obtain the serial number of your heater.
  2. Then go to HotWater.com.
  3. Click on the parts tab and choose WaterHeaterParts.com.
  4. Under the waterheaterparts.com caption click the parts button and choose lookup.
  5. You will be asked to enter your serial number.
  6. Then press lookup.
  7. You will be shown a list of available parts. Write down the part number. That is the part that needs to be ordered.

**Note: the only time this may not be accurate is if your heater has been converted after leaving the factory.**

For heaters older than 15 years, we may have to contact the factory archives to find the correct part to see if they are still available. Once we e-mail you the correct water heater part number you may order at Wallingford Sales or the Water Heater Store.
